About Me:
My name is Gaelle and I am the Third in Charge and Baby Room Leader at Monkey Puzzle West Kensington!
I have been working in Early Years for 9+ years. I started as a nanny, before completing my Level 3 Qualification, with my next step being Level 5. I chose this career because I really enjoy seeing how children learn and progress and to be there to achieve a goal in their milestone. I also work well in a team and a nursery offers that.
I joined Monkey Puzzle West Kensington because Shivani, the Nursery Manager, seemed like a very good manager (she is!)
